Nipple piercing in gold surgical steel with A.B. crystals

This nipple piercing is made from 316L surgical steel and features two small, round stones, one at each end.
One of the round stones can be unscrewed, allowing you to insert the jewellery very easily and quickly, before screwing the stone back on again. The other stone cannot be unscrewed.
